To all who visit, welcome to our new spot! I just think it is so great that teachers can communicate in so many ways these days, blogs, webrings, top lists, email, and of course, through our class websites!
When you think of how teachers got through their day when we were in school---well...I will date myself back to when I was in 1st grade---1959!!!! OUCH!! 
I have been in education for almost 30 years now and have surely seen and experienced many changes---good and not so good! Having taught grades 3-6, I have enjoyed each one and the challenges and joys that each one brought, but I do enjoy 5th grade at our middle school. 
It would be really fun to hear from teachers out there as to what their experiences have been....the ups, the downs, the in-betweens
